Car Parts That Could Improve Your Car Performance

Who wouldn’t like to upgrade their car’s performance by a few car parts? However a lot of people wonder about what car accessories or parts would help them gain the desired results. Many a times there is confusion on whether used car parts can be added for more economical upgrade. I have tried to list a few parts that could serve your purpose.

Air filters: You need to replace your restrictive air filter with a new one. Air filters that can take in more air and push out less air can make a difference to mileage. Once your car has more air in the engine, and a less restrictive path to push it out, it can produce more power and torque, resulting in better mileage.

Electric fan: it is hard to believe that this seemingly small car part can make difference to performance. The conservative mechanical fans eat a lot of horse power from your engine to keep the radiator cool. Replacing it with an electrical fan can giving surplus horsepower for road. Do remember that you are now drawing the power from battery and alternator.

Performance chip: Performance chips control your engine. This is a new addition to car parts in 90′s. Performance chips are versatile. These chips are available in pre-programmed format or in raw format where you can program the device as per your needs. With the new performance chips you can achieve better mileage, better horse power and definitely a better speed. Do not forget to take advice from your local mechanic before you proceed with beefing up your car.
